ampeg svt 2 pro rack handles and knobs

hi i have recently bought a used svt 2 pro made in 2000, a rack handle was damaged in the post. does anyone know where i could get one its also missing 2 knobs a big one from the front and the smaller di level on the back panel.

i have contacted fliptops which have rack handles but they do not have the corrct knobs.
note: im from australia so i would like to try and get them from the same place to save on postage.
the local ampeg distributer here has gone into receivership and been jerking me around so here i am

any help would be great
