I'm genuinely curious to see the kind of demographics we have in the forum in regards to which basses everyone owns (or, if you have several, what you consider your main).

It's unfortunate I'm not going to get every boutique maker out there, but I'm going to include some options to hopefully cover everyone.

Of the three basses I own, my Main bass is my Yamaha BB300. While I love my Schecter Diamond Series Elite 5 string, I'm not sufficiently proficient on it to gig with it. I've owned Fenders (Stu Hamm "Urge", '97 Am Dlx Jazz fretless), Michael Kelly (Dragonfly 5 string fretless), Takamnie Jasmine AEB, and the Dean EABC I got last year as a replacement for the former acoustics I sold.

I also sold both Fenders. I prefer my Yamaha to either Fender I've owned. Just my preference.
