i use the SVT-CL and 2 active basses for this project. It's hard rock, and I need a big sound, without mud.
my "routine" is this..I keep the bass control nearly fully up or 3/4 up on my stingray..the mid and treble I keep flat.
I keep my midrange on the svt on the 2nd position, and the low and hi switches I keep out.i've got my settings, but wanna hear yours..
Looking for that classic arena rock sound, like the speakers are "sweating",but definitely not Motorhead-like fuzz tones.
some settings ?..
I'm using 3 cab's now..
SVT410-HLN
SWR 4x10(Goliath III)
SWR 18" (big ben)
I hooked the goliath and the svt410 into the back of the head,& the big ben into the goliath's output.
wanna make sure I'm utilizing all this power correctly,
are my cabs hooked up correctly?,
and now that I added the 3rd cab(the goliath)
...what should I set the CL's Ohm's to?
thanks
..Kev
