Rock on BTBers! :bassist:

I've got a BTB 1206 I have in the classifieds right now :-) I technically still have it so does that mean I'm in? I do like the feel of the bass, but I'm more of a passive guy (J bass). I'm also trying to fund a Rickenbacker...so you can't hate on me too much for that! My 1206 is absolutely beautiful, so if you like your BTB, and want a prestige 6er, buy it up!

I just got a very nice BTB405QM the other day. I will post pics on here when I get some taken and hosted somewhere.

But I was thinking of getting a setup done with new strings. Then I read this over on another thread.

http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=247144
"D'Addario nickels, 50-70-85-105-130 taperwound. The fully wound B wouldn't sit right in the bridge slot (Ibanez BTB405, with the monorail bridge)." -- jrduer

Can you guys confirm if this is common to the model and/or BTB monorails and let me know anything else about strings I might need to know before buying a set and finding out it's useless?

Bought a Six String BTB because of the price at a time I was interested in working with a 6 string and was completely blown away by the build quality and sound.

Doesnt fit in with much of what I am doing now, but here is a link to rehearsal video:

Will post pics when I get back home this weekend
What number can I have??

Thx
