I am putting this bass up for sale again. I am getting several new basses built here in the next few months and would like to send this bass on to a good home. I really enjoy the playability of this bass and it is very easy on the back; weighing in at around 7.5 pounds. This bass sounds increible. I prefer the passive tone of the Villex pick-ups, but the Low End pre is VERY responsive. It is the ultamate funk machine, with a natural mid scoop. Acoustically the bass is very resonant and sounds very articulate when unplugged. I also need to mention that the B string is very defined and just begs to be "thumped".

There is nothing wrong with the bass and it is very close to mint condition. I sell ash to many luthiers and want instruments that are built from our stock. I will more than likely get Devon to build me a new instrument that is similar to this one in the future. I need to mention that this bass has the best neck of any bass I have ever owned. Check my profile to see a few of those basses. I prefer an outright sell, but I am always interested in trades.
