There are some scratches and dings on the body, all of which were on the bass when I purchased it -

Whoever had the bass before me must have done some heavy slapping/plucking or picking. Its not really noticable, doesn't affect playability at all obviously. I personally like character on my basses.

Some scratches on the back of the body - likely caused by belt buckle. Common on used basses that have been gigged.

You can make me an offer, but I am asking for $800 USD Shipped. NO TRADES
Paypal please.

except that the lx's are 35" and this is a 34" and the lx's have an alder back, maple cap and a walnut "sheet" between them. this is solid maple. those are two pretty decent differences to me.

The point I was trying to make was that the CR basses were the precursor to the LX's in the Spector product line.

positive this is 34"? i have the same bass and while I haven't measured it it certainly feels like the stretches are huge in the lower frets compared to, say, my jazz bass... i'd measure it now but it's in its natural habitat over at the studio!

i was happy to pay US$1250 for mine, with no HSC, (which is minty fresh, but still...) just over a year ago, so this is a smoking deal on a sweet bass...
