here's a really nice Squier Classic Vibe 50's Precision in beautiful butterscotch blonde that I bought brand new less than 2 years ago. I bought it for a second musical project that required BF#BE tuning and that no longer exists.
It's currently strung with DR DDT strings for that low B. Original nut without any mods done to it. Neck is straight with a little relief to accomodate that tuning, lots of truss rod movement left.
Pickup has been replaced with the Seymour Duncan SCPB-3 and it sounds way better IMO than the original. Lots of output, great hard single coil tone pn this one. Original pup is included.
Generic hardshell case that smells like butterscotch (it really does! But without spoiling it).
Neck is maple and body is pine (nice grain). No dings to the body, just 2 or 3 minor headstock dings on the tip, mainly on the heavy finish.
If you know this series, I shouldn't have to convince you about their great reputation. Plus, this is one of the good ones.

I'm looking mainly for a Jazz Bass, MIJ prefered. Could be one of those vintage Squiers to. MIM is also fine by me.
I'd also be interested in a Peavey T40, Gibson Grabber or Epiphone Grabber/Ripper RI. Always on the lookout for those.
Keep in mind that I can add cash or musical equipment for the right deal.
Also, please consider that I'm located in Montreal, but I'll also be in the Boston area in 2 weeks, so if anyone interested in this area, we could work something out.
