Squier is SOLD to the Big Dawg!

Time to clean out some basses. As I've mentioned before, I think Peavey Axcelerators are pretty cool. However, I've got too many basses, and I'm going back to four strings (again).

First, the sixer. Somewhat rough, but completely functional. I think the bridge is an ABM on this one. 35" scale, 18v. electronics, VFL pickups like the Cirruses, BT preamp, controls are vol/blend/stacked b and t. $325 plus shipping. New price $325 shipped to the lower 48

Not sure what's with the doodad on the headstock, but it was there when I got the bass, and I left it. Hopefully in the pics you can see that it has some scratches and dings and some weird dings right by the output jack that look like teeth marks.

If you're not familiar with Axcelerators, they're USA Peaveys that listed for something over $1000, and were a pre-Cirrus high priced Peavey.

I also have an Axcelerator 5, similar specs, I'll put the pics in the next post so that you don't have to download all these pics at once.

This one had a busted tuning machine which I replaced with a Carvin tuner which fits perfectly and looks almost the same as the others. Wilkinson bridge. Adjustable neck tilt.

I'd like $300 plus shipping for this one. Sorry, no overseas sales. USA and Canada only. New price $300 shipped to the lower 48. Canadian prices are $300usd plus shipping and $275usd plus shipping respectively. These are also good prices for pickup.

Forgot to show the back of the sixer. Was this guy wearing a scalpel on his belt or what?

dcr, they're single coils. So yeah, some buzz happens from time to time.

Another Squier pic.

Also, y'know, you can make offers on any of this stuff.

What's "rough" about the peavey?

Cosmetics. It's just banged up a bit. Playability, frets, etc. are good. Both Peaveys look like they've seen some service, that's all. If I wanted to play a five, I'd definitely keep the Axcelerator 5. It does what I want it to do. The sixer I haven't played as much. For me a six is more fun than practical, but this is the second Axcelerator 6 I've had. I like 'em.
