The Mini 10+ was introduced last week at the NAMM Show. I got my Mini 10+R #1 from Jorg right after NAMM. I just got home from its first gig, outdoor jazz with no PA. I’ve been in love with these new 10’s since I tried them as standalone and stacked at NAMM with my AI Clarus.

I paired it up with my angled Mini 12+L and my the WW Ultra. I’ve never wrote a review of any bass gear that I own but I just wanted to share my experience with my new mini stack. This rig does it all - the low, mid, and high frequencies were all very focused and balanced out. The Mini 12 covers the lows, and low mids while the Mini 10 takes care of the high mids and highs. I was getting nothing but clarity out of this rig. Every note was so clear and defined. Jorg’s new titanium tweeters are great. Compared to the older titanium tweeter that’s in my 1212L, these new titanium tweeters contribute in making the sound so smooth. You get a very fast response that cuts through. I am very happy and impressed this mini stack, like all my Schroeder cabs – all of them cut through any kind of live setting and venue. I can’t wait to play the Mini 10+R with my duo jazz gigs and take it to the studio.

As a standalone cabinet in my living room, the Mini 10+R is just great. It can handle the low B with no problems at all. No distortion or clipping even at high volume. I tried cranking up the master volume/gain on my Clarus and my living room was shaking.

I highly recommend this small cute cabinet.

Awesome. Jorg's new tweeters are frickin' amazing, already great cabs are even better. I'll probably pick up a Mini 10+ when I assemble my mini rig later this year.

Oh yeah, we met briefly on Saturday, I was there to pick up my new 410 Light. :D

I'm really interested in Jorg's new tweeter/crossover. I wasn't amazed at the old one, and I felt that this was the only area where Schroeders could be significantly better. Hm... 412L...

I recently procured a new 210212L with the new tweeter and xover. I plan on doing a thorough review of the cab as soon as I have the time. But absolutely no question that the new set-up is awesome!

It is very smooth and musical and blends in perfectly with the cab. I used to have my tweeter just on with my 21012s, but this new set-up can be cranked all the way on and it still sounds good, although I prefer it at about 50% for most of my current apps.
