My last one was my Jerzy Drozd Mastery V.
Unless the deposit I sent Chris Stambaugh for a fretless single cut back in December counts? Given that he hasn't started it yet I'll stick with my Drozd as the last official bass bought.
Well, now that you mention it, I have purchased another one, but it doesn't exist yet. It's due this month ... the fabulous pink Lakland JO5. Only one of its color, and loaded.
Bound maple neck with mother-of-pearl blocks, Lindy Fralin pickups, East J-Retro preamp, white pearloid pickguard, painted PPG pale pink.
My Schector Diamond Deluxe 4, I really like this Bass but it's not a five string so the hunt goes on!

The last bass I bought was my Sadowsky RV5, back in November 2006. It seems I've been on an amp buying kick recently though..........
In fact my last basses are a fender marcus miller V, a fender jaco pastorius fretless, a musicman stingray 5 and a precision bass on the 28th march
Yamaha RBX-374. Bought it with part of my refund from this year. I really like the finish on the neck... very smooth.
Not only "the last bass that I bought", but possibly "the last bass that I will ever buy", it's that good! 
Na! Who am I kidding, I'm getting Sadowsky GAS already and I've only had the Wal for 2 months! :scowl:
