That's correct, sir. I had plans to pair it with a shallow 2U power amp (my Crown K2 is too deep). I got the amp, but never found a case I liked, and so the pre has been unused. I've mostly been using my DB-680 pre with the Crown and it goes well with the Epi 410 cab, but the Quest is quicker, cleaner and more lively. Hopefully someone out there would appreciate one of these fine preamps...
