I have implemented a new search technology that will enable us to continue to search the over 4 million posts in the TalkBass database as we continue to grow into the future. This new search is literally about 600 times faster than the old forum search, breathing new life into our servers. However it has a couple limitations:
- If you type multiple search words, it will always search for ALL of the words (you cannot use "+" or "-" operators, "NOT", "OR" or other boolean operators, nor phrase matching)
- Results may be very slightly out of order chronologically (according to 'last post' time).
IF you want to use boolean operators (like "fender -jazz"), simply use the TalkBass Google Search
