For sale F/S F/T Feeler Sage SN4

I just got this, fell in love, and I've been playing it a lot. However the 35" inch scale is kind of bugging me. Its a great bass, but I don't know if I'm going to keep it. There are a few tiny head stock dings and a couple by output jack. There is also one pin head sized ding on one of the horns. There is a small grove in the bridge pickup edge from the string hitting it. This bass was made for the 06 NAMM.

It has bartolini pickups and a demeter preamp. The controls are V/V and then its T/M/B for the tone controls. The mid pot is a pull pot.

This is a very tenative feeler. The neck on this feels beautiful, its just the scale length thats bugging me.

I emailed Ryan at Sage asking info about the bass and he said this:

Your bass was actually my main bass for 2 years. A really
unique piece of Padauk for the top. The bass originally had a 4 position control
layout, but was changed to a 5 position to remove the stack knob. The pre is
original.

Trades: Active fretted basses, old Fender Precisions, ???

Sale: This bass sells for almost 4 grand new. $2200 OBO which I'm guessing is a bit high (hence OBO)
