1994 = Wenge (pics seem to confirm this too).

What color is that? I've never seen a Warwick with that kind of finish. And do you have any straight-on photos of the body? It looks like a burst but I can't really tell from all the side-angle shots.

I never saw a finish like this on a Warwick either.
It is a cherry burst.

There's a story behind this bass as well, but since I don't have anything in writing I chose not to include it in the description...supposedly this bass was made specifically for a very famous rock bassist, but alas he wanted a black Warwick so it ended up in my studio.

Just to confirm,you have a 94 Thumb NT5 with wenge neck & fingerboard,with bubinga body with red stain & clear coat.The pickups are the stock position for the 5.
Ya should advertise it at the Warwick forum.
