I just bought a Markbass Little Mark 800, and I was worried that the tone would be "fake" compared to my oldschool Marshall bass head(solidstate). Let me tell you this is the most badass amp for power-to-weight ratio. The only other one that comes close is the Galien-Kruger. The Little Mark 800 is 800watts(750RMS) at 4 ohms, and its 6.13 lbs!!!! One of my favorite features is the Line out level. I like my stage volume LOUD, and sound guys always bitch that its too loud and they cant use me in the pa, not like i need it anyway,(haha), but now i can be loud on stage and quiet to the mixer!!

Previously Owned Gear
Marshall limited edition bass head, 2550 silver series jubilee, 600 watt 2 channel amp, made in england from 85-87, the same one that Slash endorsed for guitar, but bass, chrome front rather than black. This thing is a beast, solid state oldschool power house, but it ways 48 lbs!!! Bad ass tone but heavy as ****. Still got it as backup now. never let me down in 12 years of play!! No joke. Old Peavy 300watt 15" combo, with black widow speaker.
G.A.S. List
Either a Traynor 8x8 800watt speaker cab, or 2 804 Markbass New York 4x8 cabs also 800 watts
