I own the bolt-on SB800S same year. One thing I can say is that has the beefiest funkiest pbass sound coming out of those jazz style pickup config. Absolutely STELLAR instrument! I would all over it if didn't also own a Fernandes BO-50 (neck-thru p). GLWTS!
