Backbeat Club - For Those Who Silently Rumble

I was just planning on posting my bass board for sale if anyone is interested. It's the Small size. I got a cover for it too. I'd sell it for $400 plus shipping. I like it a lot but I do so many small gigs that the backbeat makes more sense for me, and i can't really use it at home for...

I got the Small. That seems pretty ideal for a decent-sized stage, and it's manageable to carry. If you want to use it at smaller gigs then I'd do the XS size, but that is pretty small if you like to move around at all.

it seems to me the bass board would be absolutely ideal on a decent-sized stage where you are using IEMs or a small monitor. It makes me feel the bass like nothing I have ever used. In fact, if I overdo it I feel funny walking when I get off b/c my legs feel so massaged LOL.

I would try the backbeat first. The bassboard is almost like having two little speakers under it. You need a mat to prevent buzzing but it will still make quite a bit of noise from the devices that cause the vibration.

Do you care how much noise you make? The bass board will make a lot of noise and the back beat will make so little that people can sleep while you practice. The bass board feels a lot more intense.

i tried setting 5 and i think i like that. takes some of the big rumble out of the low end and makes the upper end nicer i think. i can turn the entire thing up now and get a better balance from low to high.

How do you engage filter models in the app? I must be blind

yeah absolutely. i rest my finger gently on the string by the bridge and can control the resonance that way for eternal sustain. comes in handy sometimes.

really, the only drawback to the Backbeat to me is that if you turn it up too much it will feed back and cause certain notes to start resonating too much. That can be remedied by turning it down.
