Eden WTDI in a pedalboard, no signal

Thank you for this thread: I just bought a WTDI and encountered the same issue (no signal, using a 'chain' power supply cord), to find this thread on TB. I provided an independent power supply to the WTDI and provided another to a booster pedal (put before the WTDI), and now it works fine. Thanks:)

    Anybody using Jamerson Hook Technique?

I don't know, I just like it that way (for the past 25 years). And, one of James Jamerson's idols was Ray Brown, whom I love as much as Jamerson - Ray Brown played (his upright) mostly with one finger.

    Anybody using Jamerson Hook Technique?

Pardon me, I just come across this posting, Sir. I do, since 1993 ever, one finger lick (hook) on anchor (bell) - My p-basses all have sponge mute jammed at bridge = supermarket sold bath sponge w/D'Addario flatwound

Thanks, 9mmMike - I am a player, not a collector, so I do feel guilty about confining 'em in storage while playing my 2003 MIM P-base in the US.

I'm a man in the US away from home, and two P-basses are kept in a climate controlled vault (at home in Japan). I'm currently visiting home and, Ah, met with my dear Precisions, after 15 years. (1) 3TSB 1972 Fender MIA, full original. (2) Black 1979 Fender MIA, with bogus metal parts added by...

Haha, thanks! - I transplanted the PU cover from the trade-out P-bass since I need it as my "finger rest" (I fully admit the bridge cover is tacky:sour: ~ Recent years, I was showing mute-sponge as Bob Babbitt did, but this time I put the bridge cover to conceal sponge inside (like my old Ps...

@MovingPitchers, @BassmanM, Thank you, very kind! - I posted this photo to this forum before, but here is my Fender MIM Precision, 2003 (w/D'Addario Flatwound Medium) - I am a Precision Bass man, and this one has quite a "Fender-P" sound, after I played more neutrally-sounding Squier P-Bass for...

Hello, I am new to TalkBass, so please be kind ;) My Fender MIM P, 2003, which I swapped with my Squier P plus audio equipments at... a pawn shop (then I loaded the metal covers). I've been fiercely loyal to Precision Bass for over 20 years; used to play (still own, but in storage) 1972 P MIA as...
