Only ever owned one, which is now my mom's favorite watch to wear, but have always liked Longines, and glad to see them show up here from time to time.

I just bought another one for the same reason! They're so compact and inexpensive that it just makes sense to have multiples in every location possible!

Since I can't find any of the short scale version of these, would it be advisable to just buy long scale and shorten them myself? I've used the half rounds before and really liked them.

I've never minded help with the mains and stands, but I'm moving my amps and instruments myself.

I've bought a good number of knives from forums and you might try posting some of them up here, because we're probably interested.

Some people slam their gear around or let others do it for them, and these cabs may not be a good match for them. I move my own amps and they stay in great shape through lack of abuse. Amps and speakers don't just fall apart without help; choose accordingly.

Acoustic guitars make of most of my flight experiences and there's nothing to tell, as nothing has ever happened. The whole issue starts from people thinking that "theoretically speaking...", and pretty much ends there for me.

One of my friends plays with five different bands using an assortment of ultra short scale basses and they're just happy to have a competent player who delivers the goods. Doesn't even look weird and he's having a great time playing them.

I've never made any adjustments for my instruments and they just keep working.
