    Completely re wired , had the red and green wrong on both. Still quiet though, DiMarzio wire diagram shows 500k vols and 250 tone, I thought all were 250??

    I have a p with Emg geezers and a Sandburg , tried the sandberg with the neck single at the same volume as the jazz and nearly lost my windows

    I soldered and taped them my amps on 1-2 with my other bass over. 5 to get similar volume in the Jazz and yes they should be pretty hot

    I’ve just fitted some Dimazio ultras in my jazz and the volume is very very low compared to other basses. Checked wiring and black and white connected on each pickup separately red to hot green to pot lugs, any ideas, should the black and whites be linked?
