Wow! You guys helped me solve the problem! twisting the string about 3 turns, (A lot, but because I was kind of desperate to get this string working, I kept on twisting until it worked perfect) did the trick! The buzz is all gone :)

Thanks, everybody! I think that I am just going to buy a new set of strings to see if that fixes the problem :)

I have never noticed this but the A string is not wrapped around the machine head 3 times, just about 2,5 times. Could this be the problem?

If its a bad string, how can you recognize this? Also do bad strings occur on a brand new bass guitar?
