I went to attempt to repair it at a store and was told the bass was defective, still have no idea why it was clicking :( - However, I did end up getting a new bass and there is no issue with it at all. Thank you everyone for your help, really learned a lot reading the thread :) Happy Holidays !

It still sounds alright, it’s just the one specific string and tuning peg that’s messed up, if nothing I’ll ask for help.
