    You're right for sure, but natural big and power low end is forming wood. You can hear it on pops at the slap part. That's my opinion

    But i liked exactly this condition of 78 - full original electronic set: pickups are darker little bit than modern or vintage modern hot pickups like Lindy Fralin or Nords. I've had already some 70-s basses with this pickups. Sound is cool but not "that". I liked low output and little deflection...

    Strings are little bit fresher on Marcus. Setup is very similar on both. And of course it's different feelimy opiniong in hands. 78 has his own old solid wood vibe, Marcus goes on pickups, in my opinion
