    Oh and there will be a bare wire under the black shielding which is also a ground.

    I am not 100%, but I think black is hot green is ground and red and white go together. I just put a set of wilkinsons in my guitar and that is how I wired them. They work and sound great but the output is low. I am waiting on wilkinson to email me back to verify the wire codes.
