    What (relatively cheap) round strings will last a long time (at least a year) on a p-bass used in the rock/punk genre?

    i keep breaking my all nickel strings that i get off aliexpress (love the sound of those) and i cant afford to keep buying a new set every month Average daily usage is 3-5 hours and i do the occasional live performance. Any opinion is appreciated, preferably under around $100 - $120 AUD
