Just got the Rumble 800 2x10 combo and the 2x10 extention cab. Havent played it out yet but liking it a lot, especially the wieght, and I have no doubt it will do a great job at a gig. I plug my Jazz in, no contour, no eq, and it just sounds great out of the box. I previously had Markbass stuff...

Maybe I should give the P bass another try. The Fender standard Preciscion bass seems to be reasonably priced ( P Bass ).
