AshokanKid

Starting on Ham Radio gear & the RCA Receiving Tube Manual in the mid-'60's, I began my love of electron-ics & soon found audio in the form of The Beatles, Led Zepellin & Jimi Hendrix.

Teching & doing sound for bands, building my own recording studio in the early '70's (4 track, then 8) and then eventually going to school & getting a certificate from Grumman Aerospace as an Engineering Technician, gave me a hearty background of electronics experience on top of my '60's hobbying.

Now, some 40 years later, I still love tinkering around & fixing stuff. Guitars, amps, bass gear, audio recording equipment, DSLR cameras & photographic stuff, pretty much anything tech oriented (cars, home electrical & heating systems, etc., etc.).
