    Need advice on replacing pickups in my Spector

    Hi! I'm looking to replace stock EMGs in my Euro Spector. It has its pickups in the P+J configuration. It has had its preamp removed and it's passive, aside from having the pickups active. I would like to not add a preamp and perhaps get rid of the active pickups in favor of passive ones...
