    I tried but they've ignored me, and a search for spare parts is drawing a blank. I also spoke with the retailer but they said there's nothing they can do as it's outside the 12 month warranty.

    I have an 18 month old GS432B Plus with one broken AGS folding yoke. Unfortunately the lifetime warranty only applies in USA and the Australian distributor is only offering 12 month warranties on Hercules products. It seems near impossible to find a replacement yoke for this stand.
