    Thanks everyone! Totally fair, the seller is being transparent and isn't trying to pass it off as a sure guarantee. Without a serial number it's nerve wracking for the resale value and prospect at large.

    HELP! Is this a real MIJ Fender P Bass?

    Can anyone tell me anything about this bass? The seller says the serial number cannot be found but they've had the guitar for several years and it came to them in this condition. Does it seem like a legit MIJ precision bass?
