This is why I keep going back to looking at a Stingray Special HH. I've got a case of tunnel vision, but I realize there are countless other options out there! Most MUCH cheaper haha!

I can feel the GAS already. I'd like to cover as much ground in the styles I write in (orchestral, funk, pop, rock, light folk) with one bass, but maybe getting 2 more affordable models would be smarter. A good combo would be possibly a Stingray H style (Sire Z3 like you mentioned), and maybe a P?
