Influences and Teachers

hmm. well...i come from 2 schools. i love GOOD country music. its so simple sometimes its hard for technofiles to grasp. BUT!! i also GREATLY admire victa, steve, abe and all the masters of today.
guess influences would be, Jesse Chambers, Joe Osborne, Michael Rhodes, Glen Worf, Emory Gordy Jr, David Hungate, Roy Husky (both jr and sr), Ray Brown, Abraham Laboriel ( i was listening to him shred a bass b4 most of todays bassist were born) and of course Victor Wooten. I have never been succesful at putting together passages and strings like he does, but now...late in life...ima do it or die ; ) I greatly admire his outlook both on music AND life
