For example, just look at this. It's also a sunlight, but not direct. the body color looks almost like the neck. And it's the same bass from the photo I've shared before!

I think the room lighting is also responsible for color perception. On the sunlight body looks too different from a neck, but with artificial lighting they look pretty similar

so, very high chance that it's soft maple, right?

Idk, mine is Indonesian. Serial number starts with ICSB etc.
