    downfalls to p bass w/ added jazz pick up?

    is there a reason why one shouldn't own one of these basses? seems like you get the best of both worlds, having a p bass with a little bit more tonal options.

    do you remember where you got the pick gaurd? would a standard p bass pick gaurd fit on this?

    Howdy fellow bass buds. Just picked up 87 Squier bullet 1 bass made in korea. there's currently a super lame mirror pickguard on it and i want to get it replaced. the guy i bought it from says a regular pbass pick guard wont fit. any suggestions on where i can pick one up? thanks guys!
