we have arranged this, yet when I explain to her anything, she gets defensive and starts saying thing like "im the new kid on the block ok, you need to be patient" or "its easy for you to say" -_- but i think your advice is great and i will give it another shot.

I am a female bassplayer. however, I primarily play in all male bands (by luck or stats). well the band that I have been playing with recently has hired a female drummer, I am fond of her, she is a nice girl. I don't like how she sounds on drums tho, that does not mean she is a bad drummer, but...
