UPDATE 3/17/23: I've confirmed the weird chirping sound was an artifact of undervoltage. Once I connected the 2112 with an 18v supply via a voltage doubler cable on my Voodoo Labs, everything sounded great. I have no idea why using only 9v would create the almost-heterodyning type...

This was my first bass processor back in 2000-ish. Recently re-bought one off Reverb and love it. Use my HX Stomp to gig, but the BP8 will always be with me :)
