Then wouldn't adjusting your standard bridge both forwards and bacwards cause slight tuning issues as well? IZ4005 if you don't have an answer, don't answer :)

I'm considering upgrading my bridge to a two piece. It's a 34 inch scale bass and I'm curious as to wonder if I take the bridge back slightly to achieve a longer string speaking length and ultimately a longer scale, if it would have any negative results?
