    Guild Thunderbass

Sadly, no. It's not dirt that's the matter. It's torn pretty well to shreds. As I mentioned, the picture I posted on this thread is not a picture of the exact one that I have, but mine is the same thing. Thanks all for your comments. Anyone know of someone in Southern California? Or where I can...

    Guild Thunderbass

I recently picked up an old Guild Thunderbass from a local store. It sounds pretty sweet, but the grillcloth looks like a cat went to town on it. I'd like to have it replaced. I've scoured the internet for anything even remotely similar, but can't seem to find anything. Anyone know of any...

    Crossover?

All very valid points, thank you. I'm not sure I agree with billfitzmaurice about not mixing 10's and 15's.. Many bassists use a 15 and 2x10 or 4x10 cab in their full rig, with good results. If you stick an expensive 10" long-throw woofer in a large cabinet that's meticulously engineered and made of thick plywood, etc, etc, that it will most...

    Crossover?

Alright, so I was thinking the other day, why haven't I seen a crossover to split signal from a bass amp to two separate cabs, like a 1x15 and a 4x10. I have seen and played through quite a few rigs with 15's and 10's, but never seen a crossover to separate them. I'd like to find something...

    Regarding Power/Watts

Actually fellas, I own a Fender SK-100B head and it does fine with a 4 ohm 1x15 Fender cab. It covers a drum set with more brass than imaginable, and a Vox AC 15 nearly cranked all the way. It'll do just fine for stage volume as long as you're not playing the Warped Tour.
