Honestly, I almost expected something like this in the back of my mind. I only paid $30 for it so this isn’t at all a big loss. Being near brand new, I bet I can still turn it for some extra cash on ebay.

It’s really only that beaten sound on that low B. I turned the bass booster down and I turned gain to about 12 o’clock and then turned the bass and low mid eq’s to about 1-2 o’clock. That gave the sound a more defined low end without that beaten sound. I’ll have to try it out the next time I’m...
