    Aaaand another question, O good people of Talkbass. . .what control options should I go for? Should I do Vol, Vol, Tone or Blend, Master Vol, Tone, or Toggle switch, Vol, Tone?

    My 2nd P pickup, a Wilkinson MWPB, arrived in the post this morning. Awaiting the mirror pickguard from another source.

    Yeah the P/P is more striking looking, thanks for the advice on getting it close to the pickguard. The output jack will be moved to the side, like you'd see on a Tele guitar.

    The new Schaller strap locks are worth checking out, I got a set for my Telecaster guitar before xmas. They screw in with an Allen key as opposed to a Philips head, and the new washer set up is better than the old one. Schaller have definitely upped their game on these.
