I actually think that the Rockon with the limiter might be a substitute for the Rolls and you wouldn't need both unless you also wanted to mix in your mic. The Rockon box just gives you monitor feed to your headphones and takes your bass out to the amp/board with one convenient cable. Not sure...

If you use one of the digital boards like the Presonus, the aux mixes that you can control with the iPhone or iPad has a built in on/off switch for a limiter. If you don't have that kind of board, then you could add one more piece of gear inline by adding something like this: Link Removed

This happened with one of my jazz basses when the pickups were wired incorrectly (by me - ha!). They were out of phase. Once I reversed the leads on the bridge pickup the problem went away.

The Presonus board that we use has mono auxes. It works fine with the wireless IEMs (Shure). With the Rolls headphone amps you do have to turn the stereo/mono switch one way or the other (can't remember which) to have sound out of both ears.

That's the same as mine so I don't think it'll fit without really compressing the foam. It fit the old precision without any force at all.
