It's reflecting the current scene, not the midi. The scenes work in banks of 3, so when you go to a scene you go to that bank on the anagram switches. The real problem is the ongoing lack of useful midi commands.

I have a midi controller with 3 footswitches. Can I set it so the footswitches on the anagram select scenes 1A-1C and the footswitches on the midi controller select scenes 2A-2C? Or is that not possible currently?
