So I got the Lace pickup today. It does fit, kind of. As you can see from the pictures, there is a lip on the inside, and it causes the pickup to stick up out of the hole approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. Do I need to chisel/Dremel the lip out of there?

Thanks. I am thinking of also going with the Alumibar pickup. Two more questions, did you use the original volume pot, or did you replace it? And I will have to change out the stereo output jack to mono, right?

Did the Lace Alumibar fit right in, or did you need to do any routing? And I'm guessing the wiring was pretty simple?

Thanks for all the replies! I was just practicing and tried playing with the middle finger only and adjusted my angle and attack until the clicking was barely noticeable, then I added my index finger back in. I will keep working on it until it is gone completely.
