    Precision Tele bass

    I can't seem to find a p bass that I really love, so I've decided to build my own. I really love the look and feel of the Fender Modern Player Telecaster bass, but I want it to have a sea foam green finish, so I'll probably paint it myself. Does anyone know a website where I can find this...

    SX bass tuners

    This one is solid alder with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Pretty strong combo. Definitely have to replace the stock guts of it.

    The tuners are certainly subpar to say the least. But I'm pretty surprised about how solid the bass feels for the price I paid. Upgrading the tuners, strings, and probably pickups, and I'll have a stage-worthy piece of equipment!

    Just picked up an SX Ursa 4... I can tolerate the shape of the newer headstocks, but the stock tuners kinda suck. Does anyone know if deluxe 'elephant ear' tuning machines would fit if I replace them, without the plate hanging off the edges?
