    Oh yeah! They might even think that teachers and musicians make big money. They might also think that anyone can lift a rig like that onto the stage without some well muscled roadies. I have no idea what that particular Ampeg speaker cab weighs but I found an amp that was loud some years ago...

If the rest of the band is loud, you must remember that low tones of a bass do not move to the audience at the same rate as a keyboards, guitars and drums.
