Instruments: Depending on the gig, a NS-4 EUB, or Lakland Darryl Jones tuned to D -Standard. Guitars also, but I'm a very marginal player of them.
I've a small collection of Tube Bass Amps, notably an all-original '68 B-15, a '65 Showman with D140 (in modern tuned cabinet), and a Traynor Mark II, which I'll possibly sell unless I can clean it up with lower gain preamp tubes ... a story onto itself.
I'm also a big Euphonic Audio fan, recently slimmed that collection, but not the Wizzy 10 ... dang what a cool cabinet.

Influences and Teachers
All the standards, but add early Wyman, and Jack Casady, and I'm old enough to have actually heard both Jaco and Stanley. These days there are some truly great players out there, I have no idea who they are but my playing .. well .. it needs practice.
