    just unpacking after gig there are couple of essentials you missed that are in my kit, towel (very important), a stand for you bass, soldering iron + solder, extra strings, and last but not least a spare drummer.

    Is that the Blue Oyster?? My band. Guitarist - Owns his own accounting Business. Singer- Engineering. Drummer- I.T for the fire Dept. Guitar 2 - Council Worker. ME Bassist - Stonemason . Im 29 and also youngest member of the band other guys are 40 + accept the drummer who is around 35.

    After only 2 days of playing, have already notice the rounds starting too scratch the fretboard. Not a big issue, I do like the sound im getting out of it.     Thanks everyone for the advice, my local music shop is ordering me some flats will have them by Friday. Ill try them out if I dont like the tone Ill get some Nickel wounds. Its all experimentation. :)
