ok, let's get it clear: there are bedrooms, and there are "bedrooms". Some are 3x3 meters squared (9m2) some are 10x10 alright? When I started this topic I'was thinking more about 9m2 square or something like that. It is a challenge to get bass frequncies controlled in small bedroom like that...

I hear ya :thumbsup: That's the good way to add some bass where is lacking, or even to come up with some new bass lines of yours

well, they are small and there's a lot of air around they'd have to push, don't you think?

well, it's a micromark 801 model, the smallest one I think, and it's perfect for my small room. Pretty powerful though..50w Nice for my jazz bass, can't wait to put the new strings today or tomorrow.

I see what you're saying, but my expirience with headphones is, with headphones you get the sound as an "information", but you don't get the feeling. You don't get the air moving.

My thoughts on amps and rooms in general are "small room = small amp". And I like to compare it with calorifier (heater), so if the heater is small (but again, powerful) I can turn it on to work at it's full capacity. If the heater is too big, then I'd have to turn it off and on more often so I...

the new "studio" line seems to have more amp to PC capabilities, usb connections and stuff. Go check'em out

would some amp like Fender Studio Rumble modelling type be appropriate for that?
