At first they looked like Rotosound Tru Bass Tapewounds, but his strings are not black. I also thought they were maybe DR Legend flats, but then again, he does not play flats
I know he played/plays La Bella strings. The bass is most likely an ESP Surveyor. Picture is circa 1987. Can anybody help me ID his strings by the silks?
I found this one, Memphis Bass Guitar Red | Swords Music Co Inc. but mine has Jazz bass style pickups, 3 knobs, the aux output jack is on the side not the face of the body, and the headstock and neck arent red, they're more of a natural wood finish.
I've had this cherry red Memphis bass lying around the house for awhile, when was it made/manufactured? I did a little research and I noticed Memphis is a Japanese brand from the early 80s and is now disbanded. Can anybody give me any info on this bass? Thanks. Oh yeah and it sounds like hot...
Hello all, I am a 14 year old bassist looking to purchase a diy bass for a fun day project for some father son bonding. Can somebody link an affordable diy bass on ebay? I don't really mind which model or body shape, except for a stingray (already got one). Send the links my way!
