UPDATE: Well folks, after over ten years I finally got another LP Triumph! I'm happier than a puppy with 2 Peckers!! :hyper:

Yea, It's the EXACT electronics, Hardware, neck, headstock as the SG. The body is Mahogany. It's heavier than the SG model. I bought the SG first then upgraded 2 days later to the LP Jr. Glad I did!!

Well, I just picked up this BRAND NEW Pelham blue Les Paul Jr. DC Shortscale. LOVIN IT!!!

My Lyle (see post #663 above) is 25" scale. That neck is so fast I'm amazing myself!! LOL I may never play my Gibson SB-400 34" scale again!!!!

I agree, I've never cared to solo unless it's already in a cover tune, Then naturally, people expect it. Other than that, It's like being subjected to watching someones home movies. B O O O R I N G!!! Same goes for drum solos. That said, I DO appreciate a bass or drum solo that "WOWS" me...
